Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor engineering teams in equipment maintenance, calibration, and performance optimization
- Develop/improve engineering systems to enhance production efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Overhaul machinery maintenance protocols using predictive analytics and CMMS systems
- Coordinate cross-functional projects for plant upgrades and automation initiatives
- Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and internal safety protocols
- Conduct root cause analysis of equipment failures and implement corrective actions
- Manage engineering budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years engineering experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Strong expertise in food processing plant operations and equipment maintenance
- Proven track record of leading continuous improvement projects
- Certification in Six Sigma, TPM, or reliability engineering preferred
- Advanced proficiency in CAD software and CMMS systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making ability
