- Supervise and coordinate engineering teams for electrical system maintenance and repairs
- Oversee preventive maintenance schedules for AC units, generators, and elevators
- Lead emergency response teams for critical equipment breakdowns
- Develop and implement safety protocols for high-voltage electrical systems
- Manage spare parts inventory and procurement for engineering equipment
- Train technicians on advanced troubleshooting techniques
- Prepare maintenance reports and performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in heavy electrical systems maintenance
- Certification in HVAC and elevator/escalator repair systems
- Proven leadership experience managing technical teams
- Strong knowledge of local safety regulations (SNI standards)
- Advanced troubleshooting skills for industrial equipment
