Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee all engineering activities related to product development and pump system installations.
- Manage the full project lifecycle from planning and procurement to final commissioning and handover.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering staff to ensure high-performance standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
- Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues, providing effective solutions to optimize pump system performance.
- Ensure all engineering designs and processes comply with local safety and quality regulations.
- Develop detailed project reports, documentation, and technical progress updates for stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement processes to enhance operational efficiency and system reliability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in engineering supervision, ideally within the pump or rotating equipment industry.
- Proven track record in managing technical projects and leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong understanding of pump systems, piping, and industrial mechanical design.
- Proficiency in project management software and technical design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to dynamic operational requirements.
