Mandaya Hospital Group is seeking a dedicated and technically proficient Engineering Supervisor specializing in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) to join our facilities management team in Tangerang Selatan. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the reliable operation, maintenance, and optimization of all HVAC systems across our hospital premises to ensure a comfortable and safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise the daily operation and routine maintenance of HVAC/AC systems, cooling towers, and chillers to ensure 100% uptime.
- Lead and mentor the engineering technician team, conducting regular performance briefings and technical training.
- Develop and implement a robust preventive maintenance schedule (PMS) for all mechanical and electrical HVAC components.
- Monitor indoor air quality, humidity levels, and room pressure, especially in sensitive areas like Operating Rooms and ICUs.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for major repairs, unit replacements, or facility upgrades.
- Maintain detailed maintenance logs, energy consumption reports, and inventory of spare parts.
- Respond promptly to emergency engineering calls and troubleshoot system failures to minimize operational disruption.
- Ensure full compliance with hospital safety standards, Ministry of Health regulations, and environmental protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Mechanical, Electrical, or HVAC Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in facility maintenance, preferably in a hospital, hotel, or high-rise building environment.
- Strong technical expertise in chiller systems, AHU, VRV/VRF systems, and building automation systems (BAS).
- Proven leadership experience in managing technical teams and supervising subcontractors.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work under pressure in a 24/7 hospital environment.
- Proficient in documentation, report writing, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong understanding of K3 (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja) or OHS standards is mandatory.
- Available to work on a rotational shift pattern or respond to on-call duties when required.
