Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor the Control and Instrumentation (CNI) team to achieve operational targets
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, SOPs, and regulatory requirements
- Oversee maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of control systems and instrumentation
- Optimize plant performance through continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects for system upgrades and process enhancements
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for critical equipment
- Conduct root cause analysis for system failures and implement corrective actions
- Manage departmental resources, budgets, and performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Control Engineering
- Minimum 5 years experience in industrial control systems with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Expert knowledge of PLC, DCS, SCADA systems and instrumentation principles
- Strong understanding of industrial automation and process control methodologies
- Certification in safety management systems (e.g., ISO 45001) preferred
- Proven track record in leading technical teams and managing projects
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex systems
- Familiarity with Malaysian OSHA and environmental regulations
