Join Abenson as an Engineering Supervisor and lead transformative electrical and mechanical projects across premier building developments. In this pivotal role, you'll orchestrate the entire project lifecycle – from initial planning and system design to hands-on execution and team leadership. You'll ensure seamless integration of electrical and mechanical systems while maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols, building codes, and sustainability standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative engineering solutions that enhance operational efficiency and occupant comfort. Your expertise will drive projects from concept to completion, balancing technical precision with strategic oversight.
Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, organize, and oversee electrical/mechanical engineering projects for commercial/residential buildings
- Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure timely project delivery within budget constraints
- Design electrical and mechanical systems including HVAC, power distribution, and plumbing networks
- Ensure compliance with PRC engineering standards, safety regulations, and environmental requirements
- Conduct site inspections, quality control audits, and system performance evaluations
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues
- Prepare engineering documentation including CAD drawings, specifications, and compliance reports
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for engineering processes and methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in building electrical/mechanical systems with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Valid PRC Professional Engineer License (Electrical or Mechanical)
- Proficiency in engineering design software (AutoCAD, Revit, ETAP) and project management tools
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Electrical Code (PEC) and mechanical engineering standards
- Proven experience leading cross-functional engineering teams and managing project resources
- Excellent problem-solving skills for complex technical challenges in building systems
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
