Are you a seasoned engineering professional with a deep technical understanding of refrigeration systems and facility management? Sukanda Djaya is seeking a high-performing Engineering Supervisor to oversee our critical freezer infrastructure and building maintenance operations in Jakarta Utara.
In this pivotal role, you will lead a dedicated maintenance team to ensure 100% uptime for our cold chain and facility assets. You will be responsible for implementing preventive maintenance schedules, optimizing energy efficiency, and ensuring that all operations strictly adhere to safety and quality compliance standards. We are looking for a hands-on leader who can troubleshoot complex technical issues, manage vendor relationships, and drive continuous improvement within our engineering department.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise the daily maintenance operations for industrial freezer units and refrigeration systems.
- Manage comprehensive building maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and civil works.
- Develop and execute a robust Preventive Maintenance (PM) program to minimize unplanned downtime.
- Monitor system performance metrics and energy consumption, implementing optimizations to reduce operational costs.
- Manage technical staff and external contractors, ensuring all work meets company safety and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate logs, maintenance records, and inventory of spare parts and critical equipment.
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure cold chain integrity and compliance.
- Respond promptly to emergency technical issues and provide effective root-cause analysis and resolution.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Refrigeration Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in industrial refrigeration, cold storage, or heavy facility maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of ammonia/freon refrigeration systems and Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage technical teams and vendor relationships.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, electrical schematics, and facility blueprints.
- Familiarity with ISO standards, K3 (OHS) regulations, and industrial safety protocols.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic environment in Jakarta Utara.
