We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Supervisor to join our prestigious property in Jakarta Selatan. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily maintenance operations, ensuring that our facilities meet the highest standards of safety, aesthetic appeal, and operational efficiency required by our luxury guests.
The successful candidate will lead a team of technicians, manage preventive maintenance schedules, and act as a key stakeholder in maintaining the infrastructure of our hotel. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the engineering team to ensure optimal facility performance.
- Oversee the maintenance, repair, and operation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building automation systems.
- Develop and execute comprehensive preventive maintenance programs for all hotel equipment and public areas.
- Manage energy consumption and implement sustainability initiatives to reduce operational costs.
- Ensure full compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and fire/life safety protocols.
- Provide prompt resolution to guest complaints regarding room equipment or facility issues.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and manage vendor relationships for specialized repairs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in facility engineering within a 4 or 5-star hotel or a luxury service apartment.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, building maintenance software, and safety regulations.
- Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to manage and motivate a technical team.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex technical infrastructure issues.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergency maintenance situations effectively.
