Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily engineering operations and maintenance activities for ground support equipment and facility infrastructure.
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of technicians to ensure high-performance standards and adherence to SOPs.
- Perform regular inspections and troubleshooting to ensure equipment reliability and safety compliance.
- Manage preventive maintenance schedules and coordinate emergency repairs to minimize system downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and system upgrades.
- Maintain comprehensive maintenance logs and prepare detailed reports for management review.
- Ensure strict compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a technical supervisory role, preferably in an industrial, aviation, or logistics environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, electrical schematics, and maintenance manuals.
- Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work on shifts to support 24/7 airport operations.
- Singaporeans and PRs are preferred for the joining bonus incentive.
