As Engineering Supervisor, you'll oversee all maintenance operations across our resort facilities, manage a skilled team of technicians, and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal performance of all systems. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily engineering operations including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance systems
- Manage team of technicians through scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment lifespan
- Oversee safety compliance and emergency response protocols
- Coordinate renovations and facility improvement projects
- Manage departmental budgets and inventory control
- Liaise with other departments to resolve facility-related guest requests
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years experience in engineering supervision within luxury hospitality
- Technical certification in engineering or related field required
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems
- Leadership experience with proven team management abilities
- Problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Proficiency in maintenance management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
