- Lead automation projects from conception through implementation, ensuring technical excellence and on-time delivery
- Manage and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance on technical development and career growth
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Oversee installation, calibration, and maintenance of automated systems and machinery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Maintenance) to achieve production targets
- Develop and implement engineering standards, procedures, and safety protocols
- Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, and performance metrics
- Report engineering progress and KPIs to senior management stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5+ years in engineering supervision with 3+ years in automation/manufacturing
- Native or fluent Mandarin language proficiency required for international operations
- Strong expertise in PLC programming, SCADA systems, and industrial automation
- Proven experience leading cross-functional engineering teams in manufacturing environments
- Advanced knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process optimization
- Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.) and data analysis tools
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with track record of successful project delivery
