In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our building's technical infrastructure. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs of all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. Your technical expertise will ensure that our facilities operate at peak efficiency while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards for our tenants and guests.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and monitor the daily operational performance of all MEP systems including HVAC, electrical distribution, and plumbing.
- Develop and implement comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend asset lifespan.
- Lead and mentor a technical team in performing routine inspections and corrective maintenance tasks.
- Manage technical troubleshooting and emergency repairs, ensuring rapid response to facility issues.
- Oversee vendor relationships and monitor the quality of outsourced maintenance services.
- Ensure full compliance with local health, safety, and environmental regulations and internal company standards.
- Maintain detailed documentation and reports regarding equipment logs, energy consumption, and repair history.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in building management, property operations, or facility engineering.
- Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems (HVAC, fire protection, electrical panels, plumbing, and pumps).
- Possess relevant professional certifications (e.g., K3 Listrik or K3 Umum is a significant advantage).
- Proven experience in supervising technical teams and managing contractor work.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical malfunctions under pressure.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with building automation/management systems.
