This position offers a unique 4-on, 2-off rotating shift schedule within a fast-paced aviation environment. As an Engineering Support Assistant, you'll ensure seamless warehouse operations by coordinating logistics, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting engineering teams with technical tasks. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily warehouse operations including inventory control and stock rotation
- Support engineering teams in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Ensure compliance with aviation safety regulations and quality standards
- Process and track aviation parts/materials through warehouse management systems
- Assist in receiving, storage, and dispatch logistics coordination
- Perform equipment inspections and preventive maintenance documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse efficiency
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience in aviation industry
- Basic knowledge of aviation safety regulations and protocols
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and MS Office
- Ability to work rotating shifts (4 days on, 2 days off)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid Singapore work permit or citizenship
