Tanggung Jawab
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for engineering systems, equipment, and software
- Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and engineering tools
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical issues and ensure project deadlines
- Document technical procedures, system configurations, and troubleshooting protocols
- Monitor system performance and implement preventive maintenance measures
- Train end-users on system operation and best practices
- Coordinate with vendors for equipment procurement and service support
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in technical support or engineering operations
- Strong knowledge of engineering systems, hardware, and software applications
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Certification in relevant technical areas (e.g., CompTIA A+, Cisco CCNA) preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
