Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a team of technicians to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met
- Oversee all HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair operations across client sites
- Execute precise pipe welding, flushing, and vacuum processes according to technical specifications
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for cooling systems
- Conduct technical training sessions to enhance team capabilities in HVAC and mechanical systems
- Coordinate with project managers to optimize resource allocation and workflow efficiency
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards
- Prepare technical documentation and performance reports for stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC systems with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Advanced proficiency in pipe welding techniques, pipe flushing, and vacuum processes
- Certification in HVAC systems or refrigeration technology preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills for complex mechanical system diagnostics
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and project timelines
- Excellent knowledge of Indonesian safety standards and industry regulations
- Fluent in both technical documentation and team communication
