Trim Drive Global Pte Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Engineering Technical Specialist to join our team in Johor. In this critical role, you will act as the primary technical authority, bridging the gap between high-level engineering concepts and practical site execution.
You will be responsible for diagnosing complex system issues, driving process improvements, and ensuring that all projects adhere to the highest standards of safety and quality. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert-level technical support and troubleshooting for complex engineering systems and machinery.
- Analyze existing operational processes to identify bottlenecks and implement effective, data-driven improvement solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet technical specifications and quality benchmarks.
- Conduct thorough technical audits and site inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintenance logs.
- Mentor junior engineering staff and provide technical training to operational personnel to enhance overall team competency.
- Manage technical documentation and reporting for stakeholders, providing clear insights into project progress and system performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent field).
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a technical support or engineering specialist capacity.
- Proven track record of diagnosing and resolving complex technical or mechanical system failures.
- Strong proficiency in industry-standard CAD software and technical project management tools.
- Excellent analytical and logical reasoning skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety standards and quality management systems (ISO standards).
