As an Engineering Technician, you will play a critical role in the end-to-end production of electromechanical products and wire harnesses. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute the precision assembly of electromechanical products according to technical blueprints and schematics.
- Perform comprehensive testing and inspection of wire harnesses to ensure functional integrity.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical malfunctions during the production and assembly phases.
- Collaborate closely with the engineering team to suggest process improvements and optimize manufacturing efficiency.
- Maintain detailed and accurate logs of test results, maintenance activities, and production output.
- Adhere strictly to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) guidelines and quality control protocols.
- Conduct routine maintenance and calibration of production equipment and testing tools.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and manuals.
- Strong manual dexterity and experience with hand tools, soldering, and wire crimping.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical discrepancies.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude toward team goals.
