Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and inspections on plant machinery, conveyors, and production equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic faults to minimize production downtime.
- Ensure all maintenance activities and work practices comply with company safety standards and ISO regulations.
- Assist in the installation, calibration, and commissioning of new production machinery and tools.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance logs, repair records, and equipment reports.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and production supervisors to optimize equipment performance and efficiency.
- Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
- Perform minor fabrication, welding, or assembly tasks as required during maintenance projects.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or industrial plant environment.
- Strong understanding of industrial machinery, electrical systems, and safety procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays as per operational needs.
- Valid Malaysian driving license is an added advantage.
