Pakuwon Group, a leading name in property development and management, is seeking a skilled and proactive Engineering Technician to join our facilities team in Surabaya. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the operational excellence and safety standards of our large-scale building infrastructure. You will be responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance of critical Mechanical and Electrical (ME) systems to ensure an optimal environment for our tenants and guests.

Tanggung Jawab
- Execute routine preventive maintenance on all building ME units, including pumps, motors, and ventilation systems.
- Conduct regular inspections of clean water tanks and plumbing installations to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Perform rapid troubleshooting and emergency repairs on building utility systems to minimize downtime.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and part replacements in the facility management system.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors for specialized technical support when required.
- Ensure all mechanical and electrical work adheres strictly to safety protocols and environmental regulations.
- Monitor system performance metrics and suggest improvements to enhance energy efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Vocational High School (SMK) graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in building maintenance or facility engineering.
- Strong understanding of mechanical components (pumps, fans, motors) and electrical circuitry.
- Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and service manuals.
- Proficient in using standard hand tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Willingness to work in a shift schedule to support 24/7 building operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
