Tanggung Jawab
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems faults.
- Conduct routine calibration and adjustment of equipment to maintain accuracy and quality standards.
- Provide technical support to production operators, assisting with equipment setup, operation, and problem-solving.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and service records accurately and thoroughly.
- Participate in equipment installation, commissioning, and process improvement projects.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with engineers and other departments to implement engineering changes and process enhancements.
Kualifikasi
- NITEC or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting within a manufacturing environment, preferably in electronics or precision engineering.
- Strong aptitude for problem-solving and excellent diagnostic skills.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Familiarity with various test equipment (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes) and hand tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production setting.
- Good communication skills and a meticulous approach to work.
- Experience with PLC systems or automation is a plus.
