The role involves working closely with the production department to understand equipment performance and participating in the installation of new technologies. You will play a vital role in upholding our high standards for Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS), ensuring a secure and efficient workplace for all employees.
Tanggung Jawab
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on all production machinery to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic failures in a timely manner to minimize production downtime.
- Manage and maintain factory utility systems, including HVAC, boilers, air compressors, and water treatment plants.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facility infrastructure to identify potential hazards or maintenance needs.
- Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new production lines and engineering equipment.
- Maintain detailed and accurate maintenance logs, equipment history files, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and annual equipment certifications.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company safety standards and ISO quality regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or NITEC in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- At least 2-3 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing or chemical processing environment.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and electrical schematics.
- Solid understanding of industrial utility systems such as boilers, chillers, and compressed air systems.
- Basic knowledge of PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers) and Building Management Systems (BMS) is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work in the Pioneer/West Region and support shift rotations if required.
