Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and repair luxury resort HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on resort infrastructure
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues promptly to minimize downtime
- Implement safety protocols and compliance standards for all equipment
- Document maintenance activities and system performance reports
- Collaborate with engineering teams on system upgrades and improvements
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests during operational hours
Kualifikasi
- Technical certification or diploma in engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in resort/hotel maintenance systems
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Valid technical certifications (e.g., HVAC, electrical) preferred
- Ability to read technical schematics and blueprints
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shift hours
- Basic computer literacy for maintenance documentation systems
