Tanggung Jawab
- Execute the assembly, integration, and modification of advanced semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
- Perform complex testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve performance issues, ensuring system compliance with design specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to provide feedback on design improvements and process enhancements.
- Maintain detailed technical documentation, test logs, and failure analysis reports to ensure quality assurance standards.
- Calibrate and operate specialized tools and measurement equipment to ensure operational accuracy.
- Participate in the installation, commissioning, and validation of new systems at the production facility.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and cleanroom procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience as an Engineering Technician, preferably in the semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical schematics, blueprints, and engineering drawings.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose mechanical and electrical faults efficiently.
- Experience using standard laboratory and testing equipment (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes, PLC controllers).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural, collaborative team environment.
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and follow rigorous standard operating procedures (SOPs).
