Tanggung Jawab
- Perform reliability stress testing and validation procedures on semiconductor components
- Operate and maintain advanced lab equipment including environmental chambers and analyzers
- Analyze test data, document results, and prepare technical reports
- Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot equipment and process issues
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
- Support lab calibration and maintenance activities
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for testing methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Associate's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in semiconductor or electronics testing environments
- Proficiency with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, environmental chambers, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with reliability testing standards (JEDEC, MIL-STD)
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
- Basic knowledge of statistical process control methods
- Valid technical certification preferred
