Tanggung Jawab
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain complex reliability test equipment and environmental stress chambers.
- Execute stress testing procedures (HTOL, HAST, Temperature Cycling) according to industry standards and internal specifications.
- Monitor testing processes, document data accurately, and identify potential equipment malfunctions.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance on lab machinery to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with reliability engineers to analyze test results and investigate root causes of component failure.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, 5S standards, and quality management systems (ISO/IATF).
- Prepare detailed technical reports on lab activities, equipment status, and stress test outcomes.
Kualifikasi
- Technical degree (Associate or Bachelor’s) in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience as an Engineering Technician in a semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in using lab test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and specialized reliability stress systems.
- Strong background in hardware troubleshooting and schematic reading.
- Knowledge of semiconductor reliability standards (JEDEC, AEC-Q100) is a significant advantage.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret technical data and produce accurate reports.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team.
