Cove Living is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Engineering/Technician to join our team and oversee the maintenance of our hotel facilities. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of hotel facilities and equipment.
- Perform troubleshooting and repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general mechanical systems.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with local safety regulations and hotel standards.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders from guests and staff.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections accurately in the logbooks.
- Maintain an inventory of spare parts and supplies, ensuring availability for necessary repairs.
- Collaborate with other departments to address facility-related issues and improve operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Vocational Certificate in Engineering, Hospitality, or a related technical field.
- Previous experience in hotel facilities management or a similar technical role is highly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance.
- Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Valid technical certification (e.g., Electrician License) is a plus.
- Fluency in local language and basic English proficiency is required.
