Tanggung Jawab
- Install, calibrate, and maintain medical equipment including imaging devices, surgical instruments, and monitoring systems
- Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Conduct safety inspections and compliance audits for biomedical equipment
- Collaborate with clinical staff to address equipment-related operational challenges
- Document maintenance activities and prepare technical reports for regulatory compliance
- Coordinate with vendors for equipment upgrades and spare part procurement
- Train hospital staff on proper equipment operation and safety procedures
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Biomedical) or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hospital equipment maintenance or technical support
- Certification in medical equipment technology or HVAC systems preferred
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with mechanical and electrical systems
- Familiarity with JCI or hospital safety standards
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals and schematics
- Valid driver's license and ability to work rotating shifts
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
