Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on industrial control systems, sensors, and instrumentation to ensure zero-downtime operations.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair malfunctions in PLCs, VFDs, and various electronic control circuits.
- Execute system modifications and upgrades to improve equipment efficiency and production output.
- Calibrate instrumentation devices to maintain high levels of accuracy and process quality standards.
- Maintain comprehensive maintenance logs and technical documentation for all repairs and system updates.
- Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve recurring equipment failures.
- Adhere strictly to plant safety protocols, SOPs, and international manufacturing standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or plant environment, specifically with control systems.
- Proficiency in reading electrical diagrams, schematics, and P&ID drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical/instrumentation systems.
- Familiarity with PLC programming and troubleshooting is highly advantageous.
- Willingness to work on rotational shifts as required by production schedules.
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
