Tanggung Jawab
- Install, calibrate, and maintain control systems and instrumentation equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot PLC, SCADA, and automation system malfunctions
- Perform preventive maintenance on control valves, transmitters, and sensors
- Develop and implement process optimization strategies for manufacturing equipment
- Document maintenance activities and prepare technical reports
- Collaborate with engineers on system upgrades and expansion projects
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational protocols
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in industrial control systems maintenance
- Proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley) and SCADA systems
- Strong knowledge of instrumentation calibration and control loop tuning
- Experience with pneumatic, hydraulic, and electro-pneumatic systems
- Problem-solving skills with ability to analyze complex technical issues
- Certification in instrumentation or automation technology preferred
