Tanggung Jawab
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical and instrumentation systems to ensure continuous plant operations.
- Troubleshoot and repair faults in control panels, PLCs, VFDs, and other automated machinery.
- Conduct routine inspections and safety checks to identify potential risks and equipment wear.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to implement process improvements and upgrade existing systems.
- Ensure strict adherence to local safety regulations, ISO standards, and company policies.
- Assist in the installation, commissioning, and testing of new production equipment and machinery.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and modifications accurately in the engineering logbooks.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in E&I maintenance within the FMCG or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of electrical schematics, circuit diagrams, and control systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
- Familiarity with industrial safety standards and practices.
- Valid Singaporean Work Permit or Citizenship is required.
- Physically fit and willing to work in a manufacturing environment with varying shifts.
