Tanggung Jawab
- Perform precision assembly of complex mechanical and electrical components according to technical blueprints.
- Execute rigorous product testing to ensure adherence to quality control benchmarks and specifications.
- Conduct routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of production equipment to minimize downtime.
- Document production activities, test results, and maintenance logs accurately in the company database.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to implement process improvements and assembly efficiency initiatives.
- Adhere strictly to workplace safety regulations and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Support the installation and commissioning of new manufacturing equipment on the production floor.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or technical assembly environment.
- Strong proficiency in reading technical diagrams, schematics, and engineering drawings.
- Hands-on experience with testing tools, measurement instruments, and assembly equipment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for technical detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to teamwork.
