Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily maintenance and repairs on electrical systems, HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and mechanical equipment
- Conduct systematic inspections of hotel facilities to identify potential issues before they impact operations
- Execute preventative maintenance schedules for all engineering systems to optimize longevity and efficiency
- Respond to emergency breakdowns with rapid diagnostic and resolution capabilities
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors for specialized equipment servicing and installations
- Document maintenance activities and equipment performance using CMMS systems
- Support energy conservation initiatives through system optimization and monitoring
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Facilities Management certification
- Minimum 2 years' experience in hotel or commercial building maintenance
- Strong proficiency in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems troubleshooting
- Valid electrical/mechanical trade license or relevant technical certification
- Proficiency with maintenance management software (CMMS) and diagnostic tools
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to safety protocols
