Tanggung Jawab
- Execute comprehensive breakdown maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize machine downtime.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) to ensure high operational availability of plant equipment.
- Lead and participate in engineering improvement projects to enhance production efficiency and process reliability.
- Monitor and analyze equipment performance metrics to identify potential issues before they cause failures.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation in accordance with ISO and safety standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements and infrastructure upgrades.
- Ensure strict adherence to workplace safety (OSHA) and environmental policies during all maintenance activities.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of hands-on experience in plant maintenance, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, pneumatic/hydraulic systems, and process control instrumentation.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and service manuals.
- Proficient in using precision tools and diagnostic equipment for troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical mindset with a solution-oriented approach to complex mechanical problems.
- Willingness to work on shifts and respond to emergency maintenance call-outs as required.
