Are you a skilled technician looking to be part of an exciting culinary venture in the heart of Bali? Yuki Ubud is currently in its pre-opening phase and we are seeking a dedicated and proactive Engineer to join our team. As a key member of the pre-opening squad, you will be responsible for ensuring our facility operates at the highest standard of excellence from day one.
You will play a pivotal role in managing our technical infrastructure, including electrical systems, plumbing, and high-end kitchen equipment. We are looking for a hands-on professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a keen eye for detail and preventative maintenance.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the installation and maintenance of electrical systems, plumbing, and drainage throughout the restaurant.
- Conduct regular inspections of kitchen equipment to ensure all machinery is functional and compliant with safety regulations.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors during the final phases of restaurant construction and fit-out.
- Implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure operational continuity.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot technical issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain detailed records of all repairs, maintenance activities, and spare parts inventory.
- Ensure all technical operations adhere to local health, safety, and environmental standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in facility maintenance or engineering, preferably in the hospitality or F&B industry.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Proficiency in repairing and maintaining commercial kitchen equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and schematics is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under pressure.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, especially during the pre-opening period.
- Fluent in Indonesian; knowledge of English is highly advantageous.
