Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of plumbing, electrical systems, furniture, and technical equipment
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize operational disruptions
- Perform reactive repairs for urgent maintenance requests (plumbing leaks, electrical faults, etc.)
- Ensure all repairs comply with safety regulations and quality standards
- Document maintenance activities using digital tracking systems for accountability
- Collaborate with property management team to prioritize maintenance tasks
- Assist in property renovations and equipment installations as required
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in plumbing, electrical, or furniture repair systems
- Knowledge of preventive/reactive maintenance techniques for commercial/residential properties
- Certification in relevant trades (electrical, plumbing) preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to diagnose technical issues
- Physical capability to perform manual tasks and work in various conditions
- Experience with property management software or maintenance tracking systems
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits
