Renesas is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Engineering Technician (Sustaining) to join our engineering team in Bayan Lepas, Penang. In this pivotal role, you will support our Product and Test Engineers by performing critical Automated Test Equipment (ATE) sample testing and data collection. As part of our sustaining team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the reliability, quality, and performance of our semiconductor products throughout their lifecycle.

You will be responsible for executing test plans, analyzing complex data sets, and identifying root causes of test failures. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute ATE sample testing and data collection for semiconductor products.
- Analyze test data to identify trends, anomalies, and root causes of test failures.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Test Engineers to resolve technical issues and improve processes.
- Update and maintain test procedures, work instructions, and documentation in accordance with quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues within the test environment.
- Assist in the calibration and maintenance of Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and test fixtures.
- Report test results accurately and prepare detailed technical summaries for the engineering team.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience with ATE (Automated Test Equipment) or semiconductor testing environments.
- Strong understanding of basic electronics, circuitry, and testing methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting software.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.
