Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop engineering solutions in alignment with US project requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with US-based teams to ensure seamless project execution and communication.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with US building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Participate in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Conduct site visits and inspections as needed, coordinating with local and US stakeholders.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and innovation in engineering processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Structural Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant engineering experience, preferably with US-based projects.
- In-depth knowledge of US building codes and standards (e.g., IBC, ASME, IEEE, ACI).
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, MATLAB, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural team.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
