Tanggung Jawab
- Design and deliver interactive English and public speaking curriculum tailored to student levels.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel safe to express their ideas.
- Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Facilitate group discussions, debates, and presentations to enhance critical thinking and verbal skills.
- Collaborate with the teaching team to refine lesson plans and share best practices.
- Act as a mentor to students, encouraging them to discover their unique voices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
- Experience teaching English to children or youth is highly preferred.
- Strong command of the English language with excellent pronunciation and public speaking skills.
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans and manage a dynamic classroom.
- A passion for working with children and a commitment to their personal growth.
