As an L2 Certified Educator, you will lead classroom activities, implement creative lesson plans, and build strong partnerships with parents to support each child's unique learning journey. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute age-appropriate lesson plans that align with the early childhood curriculum framework.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that encourages curiosity and play.
- Observe and document student progress, providing regular feedback to parents and management.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and child safety in accordance with ECDA guidelines.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to organize school events and enrichment activities.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively using positive reinforcement techniques.
- Participate in regular staff meetings and professional development workshops to improve teaching standards.
Kualifikasi
- Must possess a Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (DECCE-T) or equivalent.
- Certified as an L2 Teacher by the Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA).
- Prior experience in a preschool or childcare setting in Singapore is highly preferred.
- Strong command of the English language, both spoken and written.
- Warm, patient, and nurturing personality with a genuine love for children.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively with parents.
- Proficient in classroom management and early years pedagogical practices.
