Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years experience in curriculum design or instructional development
- Native-level English proficiency with exceptional grammar and communication skills
- Expertise in language acquisition theories and modern pedagogical approaches
- Familiarity with digital learning platforms and educational technology tools
- Portfolio demonstrating curriculum development projects for ESL contexts
