Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary point of contact for international customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to global logistics (e.g., shipment tracking, delivery schedules, customs documentation).
- Provide accurate, empathetic, and efficient support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Proactively identify and escalate complex customer concerns to appropriate internal departments for swift resolution.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure a cohesive and positive customer experience.
- Stay updated on product information, company policies, and logistics industry trends to provide informed support.
- Adhere to quality assurance standards and key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet individual and team targets.
- Comfortably work during night shift hours to support clients across different time zones.
Kualifikasi
- Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills (C1/C2 level preferred).
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent; a Diploma or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within a call center, BPO, or logistics environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm, professional demeanor when handling challenging situations.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM software, and basic office applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Willingness and ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Residing in or willing to relocate to Yogyakarta, Indonesia.
