Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement engaging English and English Literature curriculum aligned with national standards
- Prepare and deliver dynamic lessons that foster critical thinking and literary analysis
- Assess student progress through various evaluation methods and provide constructive feedback
- Mentor and guide high-ability students to excel in their academic pursuits
- Organize and supervise extracurricular activities related to English literature
- Collaborate with department colleagues on curriculum development and educational initiatives

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in English, Literature, or related field from a recognized institution
- Teaching certification or equivalent qualification in education
- Proven experience teaching English and/or English Literature at secondary level
- Strong knowledge of curriculum requirements and assessment standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage students
- Ability to inspire and motivate high-ability students to reach their potential
