Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement engaging English language lesson plans tailored to the developmental needs of young learners.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages creativity and curiosity.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their growth.
- Collaborate effectively with fellow teachers and management to ensure a cohesive educational experience.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child’s progress and classroom activities.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or a related field.
- Valid teaching certification or diploma.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a preschool or teaching environment is preferred.
- Strong command of the English language (both written and spoken).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for working with children.
