We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support, including assistance with Letters of Nomination (LON) for those relocating to Singapore. The position is full-time with a shift rotation schedule, designed to fit a dynamic work-life balance.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement engaging English language lesson plans tailored to preschool and kindergarten students.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment that encourages creativity and social growth.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and center directors to ensure curriculum adherence and quality improvement.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance and daily activities.
- Participate in staff training sessions and professional development workshops provided by the agency.
- Manage classroom resources and maintain a well-organized learning space.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or a related field (or equivalent teaching experience).
- Valid Teaching Certificate or TESOL/TEFL certification is highly preferred.
- Letter of Nomination (LON) is required.
- Previous experience in preschool or childcare settings is a plus but not strictly mandatory.
- Strong command of the English language with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with young children.
- Ability to adapt to a shift rotation schedule.
