Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver comprehensive lectures and workshops on English language proficiency, grammar, vocabulary, and academic writing.
- Design, develop, and continuously improve course syllabi and learning materials to align with institutional standards.
- Conduct regular assessments, including assignments, quizzes, mid-term, and final examinations, to evaluate student progress.
- Provide constructive, timely, and personalized feedback to students to aid in their academic and professional development.
- Facilitate interactive seminars and workshops focused on soft skills, critical thinking, and effective communication.
- Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum reviews, and staff development programs to foster continuous improvement.
- Mentor students regarding their academic paths and career opportunities within the English-speaking professional world.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Applied Linguistics, or a related discipline.
- Relevant teaching experience at the diploma or higher education level is highly preferred.
- Postgraduate qualification (Master’s Degree) is an added advantage.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) with the ability to explain complex linguistic concepts clearly.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively.
