Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and learning objectives
- Teach English language skills including grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and conversational abilities
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations, quizzes, and examinations
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities
- Prepare students for English proficiency examinations and standardized tests

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or related field
- Native English speaker with excellent command of the English language
- Teaching certification or equivalent qualification (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, CELTA)
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in an ESL/EFL environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
