Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and implement age-appropriate, inquiry-based lesson plans that align with the Maple Bear curriculum.
- Create a welcoming and organized classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Monitor and document each child's developmental progress through detailed observations and assessments.
- Establish and maintain meaningful communication with parents regarding their child’s milestones and daily activities.
- Uphold the highest standards of health, safety, and hygiene in accordance with ECDA regulations.
- Collaborate with the teaching team to organize school events, thematic projects, and educational excursions.
- Guide students in developing social-emotional skills, independence, and positive character traits.
Kualifikasi
- Certified by ECDA as an L1 or L2 English Preschool Teacher.
- Possess a Certificate in Early Childhood Care and Education (DECCE), or a Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Education.
- Strong command of the English language with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant teaching experience in a preschool setting preferred.
- Passionate about nurturing young children and fostering a child-centric learning environment.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative teaching team.
- Familiarity with local educational frameworks and a commitment to continuous professional development.
