Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement engaging English language lesson plans tailored to various proficiency levels.
- Assist school faculty in integrating bilingual pedagogical strategies into the daily curriculum.
- Conduct regular assessments to track student progress and provide constructive feedback to learners and parents.
- Create an immersive classroom environment that encourages natural English speaking and active participation.
- Collaborate with local teachers to co-teach lessons and promote cross-cultural understanding.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and academic development.
- Participate in periodic professional development workshops to enhance teaching methodologies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in English Literature, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Relevant teaching certification (TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA is highly preferred).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in teaching English as a Second Language.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to diverse classroom dynamics.
- Cultural sensitivity and a passion for working with students in an international school setting.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage classroom resources effectively.
