Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls in English with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve product inquiries, billing issues, and service complaints efficiently
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including call quality and resolution rates
- Participate in continuous training to enhance product knowledge and service skills

Kualifikasi
- Fluency in both written and spoken English (mandatory)
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 year customer service/call center experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills
- Ability to navigate multiple software systems simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Adaptability to fast-paced, target-driven environments
