Join Shichida PIK, a pioneering Japanese early childhood enrichment center in North Jakarta dedicated to unlocking children's innate potential through holistic brain development. We're seeking an enthusiastic English-Speaking Early Childhood Teacher to create transformative learning experiences for young learners aged 2-6. Our curriculum integrates the renowned Shichida method with immersive English language instruction, fostering creativity, critical thinking, and emotional intelligence. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with Shichida methodology and early childhood development standards
- Create immersive English-language learning environments through songs, stories, and interactive activities
- Monitor and document children's progress using developmental assessment tools
- Collaborate with parents to support children's learning journey and provide regular updates
- Design and execute thematic learning activities that promote whole-brain development
- Maintain a safe, nurturing classroom environment conducive to exploration and discovery
- Participate in center events, training sessions, and continuous professional development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience teaching children aged 2-6
- Native or bilingual proficiency in English with excellent communication skills
- Certification in early childhood education preferred
- Deep understanding of child development principles and learning methodologies
- Creative, patient, and energetic approach to teaching young children
- Experience with Japanese educational approaches or enrichment programs advantageous
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively in team settings
